Insurance Interviews: In-depth insurance interviews, recorded and with notarized affidavit and report.
Workman's' Compensation Surveillance: $80.00 an hour, includes verification of the address, following to work or suspected activity, covert motion picture (w/o sound) recording of activities which will be recorded to a DVD, and a written and notarized verified report of the surveillance and activities observed.
Activity Checks for Workman's Comp cases $100.00 which includes a complete verified and notarized report with photos.
Videotape Depositions: 125.00 an hour includes using two cameras and two technicians. Deposition results recorded to DVD.
Skip Trace: We are "skip trace" experts and will locate your missing heir, family member, friend, defendant or witness for $50.00 for a simple search, and $100.00 for difficult and extensive search over multiple databases and sources.
Service of Process: We will serve your papers in 72 hours for $75.00, or same day RUSH for $150.00 (next day RUSH $110.00) per address/per defendant/per case. We will discount for more than 3 jobs given to us at a time regardless of the type of case or address. We are authorized to serve Florida summons in Duval County and Saint Johns' County.
Attorneys: we will pick up your work and file the affidavit with the courthouse at no additional fee. We promptly prepare, notarize and file or return your affidavits.
